SSGX GROUP LTD operates a group of specialist, category-specific software marketplaces. We structure product data into standardised, factual records and run a transparent matching engine that never ranks results by vendor payment. The Platform is designed to keep buyers anonymous until they choose to connect with a vendor.

Account information. Your name, business email address and role when you register.

Buyer requirements and conversations. The details you share with our AI agent — your needs, company size, industry, budget, timeline and similar context — so we can build structured requirements and match you to suitable products.

Vendor profile and product data. Company and product information vendors provide or that we gather from public sources, with its provenance recorded (public information, vendor-claimed or admin-verified).

Introduction details. When a buyer requests an introduction, the anonymised brief shared with the vendor and, once the vendor accepts, the buyer contact details revealed by consent.

Payment information. For paid introductions, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe handles card data in accordance with PCI-DSS.

Usage and analytics. Cookies and similar technologies help us understand how the Platform is used and measure traffic, events and performance.

We use your information to:

• operate the marketplaces, run the AI agent and compute matches;
• create and deliver qualified introductions between buyers and vendors;
• process payments for paid introductions through Stripe;
• verify vendor profiles and maintain data quality;
• communicate with you about your account and the Platform;
• analyse usage and improve our services.

Buyers are anonymous by default. Vendors cannot see your identity, company name or contact details until you explicitly request an introduction and the vendor accepts it. Until that point, vendors see only an anonymised brief. Matching is never influenced by whether an introduction is free or paid.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, remembering your preferences and measuring usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect some features of the Platform.

With vendors. Only the anonymised brief, and only after you choose to connect. Buyer identity is revealed solely on your consent following a vendor’s acceptance of an introduction.

With Stripe. Payment data required to process paid introductions.

With our service providers. Providers such as our CRM (HubSpot) and hosting, who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

For legal reasons. Where required by law, regulation or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required for such transfers.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Buyer conversations and requirement data may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form for analytics and product improvement.

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• rectify inaccurate information;
• request erasure of your personal information;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability; and
• withdraw consent where we rely on it.
