FindAny.Software is a software discovery marketplace. We structure product data into standardised, factual records, run a transparent matching engine, and connect business buyers with software vendors through qualified introductions. Matching is based only on structured suitability — never on vendor payment.

Buyers use the Platform to explore and compare software anonymously. You are responsible for providing accurate information when interacting with our AI agent. Introductions are qualified opportunities, not guarantees — we do not warrant that any vendor will respond or that any product will meet your needs.

You remain anonymous by default. Your identity is shared with a vendor only when you choose to connect and that vendor accepts the introduction.

Vendors may list products free of charge. Vendor profiles are created from public information or claimed by the vendor, and remain pending until approved by us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you consent to our provenance and verification process.

Vendors must not misrepresent products, attempt to circumvent the introduction process, or contact buyers outside the Platform prior to an accepted introduction. Vendor payment never influences ranking or match scores.

Listing and matching are free. Vendors pay a one-off fee of £49 for each accepted qualified introduction. Products with a completed and verified profile receive three free introductions, credited once per product. After free introductions are exhausted, each accepted introduction is charged at £49.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By accepting a paid introduction, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee. Declining an introduction is always free and never consumes a free introduction credit.

Given that an introduction reveals buyer contact details on acceptance, paid introductions are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, refund a fee where an introduction is materially defective or not delivered. Please contact us to request a review.

You agree not to:

• misrepresent yourself, your company or your products;
• use the Platform for unsolicited sales outreach outside accepted introductions;
• attempt to access or disrupt systems, accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
• scrape, resell or redistribute Platform data without permission; or
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

The Platform, including its design, matching engine and branding, is owned by SSGX GROUP LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of their company and product information and grant us a licence to display it as part of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SSGX GROUP LTD excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will indicate the last updated date above and notify you of material changes where appropriate.
